It features five-stage injection parameter settings, allowing operators to easily configure injection pressure and speed for different positions directly via the computer.
◆ High-precision, long-life ball screws from NSK (Japan) are used.
◆ Plasticizing (charging) is controlled by a servo motor, achieving a stop-position accuracy of 0.01 mm. It features five-stage plasticizing parameter settings, allowing direct computer configuration of pressure, speed, and back pressure for different stages.
◆ Equipped with a specialized computer system designed for electric injection molding machines.
◆ The hydraulic system is controlled by a servo motor, resulting in energy savings and low oil temperatures.
◆ The screw assembly is made of bimetallic material, offering excellent wear resistance and a long service life, particularly when processing glass-fiber reinforced materials.
