· Integrates dehumidification, drying, and conveying functions into a single unit, with optional two-stage, three-stage, or four-stage conveying capabilities;
· Optional dew-point monitor available for real-time dew-point tracking;
· The insulated drying hopper features a down-flow air design and a cyclone exhaust system to minimize heat loss, maintain temperature stability, and enhance drying efficiency;
· Compact footprint and high mobility allow for easy relocation and flexible use across different machines;
· A closed-loop conveying system prevents dried material from re-absorbing moisture through contact with ambient air;
· The conveying system is equipped with a material shut-off valve to ensure no residual material remains in the conveying pipe;
· This series utilizes a dual-cooler design to ensure lower return-air temperatures and dew points.
